I had been looking for a home for over two years & my first realtor was just not listening to what I was looking for, so I stopped searching for a while.
My dad gave me her contact information after he had purchased land with her help. I gave Jessie my needs/wants in a home and we were meeting up with her sometimes weekly or biweekly to view houses. She was good at listening to my request and soon enough I found my home within a few months of looking. I am a first time home owner and she made it easy and guided me throughout the entire process, even after we closed escrow she was willing to pick up my calls/text with any questions I had. Jessie was able to negotiate good deals for me and I was content with her work. My cousin is currently searching for homes & I recommended Jessie as a realtor, because I loved her work/guidance.
